Can I view the facility before moving in?

Yes. We encourage new users to call in to see the facility and discuss your requirements.

What security features are present?

Is there someone at the facility I can talk to should I have a problem

Yes.



Is insurance included in the storage charge?

No. Insurance is not included in the storage charge because every customer has different needs. Customers can speak to their insurance broker to extend their home insurance to include the contents of the unit.
